The practice tracks (except those with ‘demo’ in the title), are computer generated and for practice purposes only.   They are good for learning notes and rhythms, but that’s all.  Since there are no lyrics, the best way to use them is to take out your music, pick your part (i.e. alto, soprano…) and sing along.  Then see if you can hold your own against the track with all parts playing. I added  much of the accompaniments (again, computer generated)  as cues.  You can also download most of the tracks to practice with at home or in your car.
